At Artist Awakened, every canvas is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and securely packaged before it is shipped. We work hard to ensure your artwork reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All canvas prints are made to order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Packaging

Every canvas is packaged with great care using protective materials designed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Our packaging is specifically designed to protect the canvas, frame, and corners throughout the shipping process.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@artistawakened.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
