Artist Awakened provides premium canvas wall art for personal and commercial customers. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

We strive to display our products, colors, and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, and lighting conditions.

As each canvas is individually produced, slight variations in print placement, texture, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the manufacturing process.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment authorization failure

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Artist Awakened is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacements for products that arrive damaged during transit.

To request a replacement, customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, product images, graphics, logos, website content, and branding displayed on Artist Awakened are the intellectual property of Artist Awakened or its respective licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
